We had a comfortable stay at this place, the room was comfy with a nice sofa, and the restaurant wasn't very far away; we would recommend it to others.

Decoration was very modern & wonderful. Value for money was great with nice secure car parking

There was inefficient stuff inside the room such as: safety box wasn’t working,Gas cylinder empty plus the toilet sink was loose. Overall, units need quality check regularly .... car parking space was not enough

Very poor service, need to call them several times and wait at least an hour to get what you need. There are not enough car parks, so had to park my car out of the resort

The rooms were nice and had comfortable sofas, and the location was great with a pleasant sitting area.

They didnt apply sec (Saudi Electricity Co.) discount which was 15%first they said it is applicable then they said that it is not applicable because you make your reservation from Booking ; and if you want to have it you must do your reservation directly from Boudl Actualy this will reduce the trust on Booking..

The room was comfy with nice seating all around, nice sofa, safe access from-and-to the apartments, and all other comforts.

This place is located conveniently close to all the attractions—it's in a nice building that makes it easy to access everything. the staff here are so friendly, always with big smiles 😊.

only the fact that it had a pool despite the fact that it was not that clean

everything:1)the front desk staff is incomptent.2)the room was not well maintained and u can see cracks in the wall.3)the bath room is not clean and a bad smell is in the room all the time.4)the people around you dont keep their manners and the hotel staff will do nothing at it!!!

I really enjoyed the hotel, its exceptionally comfortable room and nice staff. The location was good and magnificent, to an Indian seafood restaurant with easy access to a good supermarket and a supermarket. Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Al Khobar.
